5. How and why we use personal data
Responding to enquiries and arranging demonstration flights. We use your details to respond, understand your requirements, arrange a suitable flight and discuss aircraft options. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
Managing our relationship and records. We keep appropriate records of enquiries, discussions and agreed actions. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships and operating our business effectively.
Operating and protecting our website and communications. We may use technical information to maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues and understand service performance. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating secure and effective systems.
Meeting legal obligations. We may process information to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, tax obligations or lawful requests from public authorities.
Marketing. We may send relevant updates where you have consented or where the law otherwise permits us to do so. Submitting a demonstration-flight or sales enquiry does not by itself add you to an unrelated general marketing list. You can opt out at any time.

Meta Platforms when you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form;
providers that support our website, email, cloud storage, customer records, analytics, communications and IT security;

aircraft manufacturers, maintenance organisations, demonstration-flight providers or other aviation partners where needed to fulfil your request and where you would reasonably expect this; and
regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts or other authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of our technology and service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate safeguard applies, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or approved contractual clauses, as applicable.
8. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
sales and demonstration-flight enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact;
if you become a customer, relevant records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to six years afterwards where needed for contractual, tax, insurance or legal purposes;
marketing records are kept until you opt out or after a period of inactivity, subject to periodic review; and
information may be kept longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to meet a legal obligation.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, performance and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls displayed on the website. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
